Boonklee believes Shin will gain benefit from the synergy of AIS and DPC in 2002
Two years ago NASDAQ was set as Shin’s strategy for fund mobilization to boost DPC marketing activities before getting listed on Thailand’s Security of Exchange (SET) and merging with AIS respectively. But the global economic situation has changed and NASDAQ no longer attracts investors. Shin has realigned its business plan accordingly and today DPC has already been taken over by AIS with Telekom Malaysia ousted and SingTel as the only strategic partner. …
